Charles Allcott, III
Chief Executive Officer

CEO of the Anderen organization, founder of our financial enterprise, widely known for his banking achievements in the state of Florida. Prior to joining Anderen, Mr. Allcott served as President of a highly respected bank in Northwest Florida. He has also served as Market President for Compass Bank in Escambia/Santa Rosa Counties, at Barnett Bank as Senior Vice President responsible for 20 branch banks in Pasco County and Senior Vice President/Senior Lender Lake County. Mr. Allcott has served in Senior Management positions in several Florida banks since 1986 and has 30 years of Commercial banking and finance experience. Mr. Allcott has a masters in Business Administration from Rollins College and holds Series 7 & 63 securities licenses. He serves on the State Board of Directors for the Florida Bankers Association, and previous Director of United Way of Florida and the Florida Black Chamber of Commerce.

Joanne M. Brookins
Executive Vice President - Bank Operations

Joanne M. Brookins joined Anderen Bank of Tampa Bay on August 20, 2007 as the Executive Vice President of Bank Operations. In her current role, Mrs. Brookins is responsible for Deposit Operations, Branch Administration, Security, Disaster, Privacy and BSA/Compliance. Mrs. Brookins began her banking career in 1985 as the Executive Assistant to the President of Republic Bank. In 1996, she assisted in the organization and development of a successful community bank, Peoples Bank, holding various positions throughout her tenure. Peoples Bank merged in 2005 with two local community banks to form Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay. In her most recent position with Synovus, she served as Senior Vice President in various capacities to include Human Resources, Deposit Operations, Security, Disaster, Facilities and BSA/Compliance. Mrs. Brookins holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of South Florida in Psychology.

Sharon Hill
Executive Vice President/Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Hill is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since June of 2007. Prior to joining Anderen, Ms. Hill was the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer for Bancshares of Florida Corporation, a multi-bank Bank Holding Company headquartered in Naples, Florida from October 1, 2004 until May 2007. Previous to that, she held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Republic Bank and the Senior Vice President and Controller of Republic Bancshares, Inc. from January 1995 to September 2004. Throughout her career, she has held various financial management accounting positions with Chase Manhattan Bank of Florida, the Bank of St. Petersburg and Florida Federal Savings Bank. Ms. Hill has more than 30 years of financial industry experience, is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Joe Amato
Senior Vice President - Loan Administration

Joseph joined Anderen Bank in January 2008 as the Senior Vice President of Loan Administration. Prior to joining Anderen, Joseph was a Branch and Special Projects Manager for Cendant/Realogy (a multi-national real estate services company who owns Coldwell Banker, Century 21, ERA and Sotheby’s Real Estate with 15,000 affiliated real estate and title offices and roughly 315,000 affiliated brokers and agents), for the Title Resource Group, Sunbelt Title Agency division in Clearwater, Florida. Before his tenure at Title Resource Group, Joseph was a bank, real estate and title attorney in private practice with his own multi-attorney and location firm in New York City for more than fifteen years, and owned and operated his own title abstract agency serving the greater New York City area. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and St. John’s University.

Maureen Hegarty
Senior Vice President - Private Banking

Maureen joined Anderen Bank in January of 2008 as a Senior Vice President of Private Banking. Prior to joining Anderen, Maureen was with SunTrust Bank in Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia in the Wealth and Investment Management Group as a Product Manager. Maureen was also with SouthTrust Bank for 10 years in the Wealth and Investment Management Group. She graduated in 1985 from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Riley S. Miles*
Senior Vice President/Senior Commercial Lender

Sam Miles joined Anderen Bank on April 1, 2008 as Senior Vice President and Senior Lender. Prior to joining Anderen he was Executive Vice President and Commercial Lender for Florida Choice Bank in Orlando, Florida from February 2006 to February 2008 and previously held several roles with SunTrust Bank for over 13 years in Orlando, Miami and Savannah, Georgia with his last being Senior Vice President and Business Banking Manager for the Georgia Region. Mr. Miles has more than 19 years of banking and financial services industry experience.

Mike Nemetz
Senior Vice President/Citrus/Hernando Market President

Michael R. Nemetz joined Anderen Bank in December 2007 as Senior Vice President, Market President - Citrus/Hernando Counties. His experience in commercial banking began in 1972 in Connecticut where he subsequently held officer and senior officer level positions for several community banks, until 1998 when he moved to Florida. He has continued in the commercial banking field in Florida, most notably as a Senior Vice President for First Kensington Bank for more than five years. Mike received his B A from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut and a Commercial Banking Diploma from Williams College School of Commercial Banking, Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Ian Lieberman
Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer

Ian Lieberman joined Anderen Bank of Tampa Bay in February 2008 as a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Prior to joining Anderen, he spent two years with Bank of St. Petersburg in Tampa, filling a variety of roles within its commercial bank. He served as Commercial Credit Analyst before being promoted to Commercial Underwriter and most recently Assistant Vice President as a Commercial Loan Officer. Mr. Lieberman has a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Warrington School of Business at University of Florida.

Janice Soran
Vice President - Human Resources/Shareholder Administration

Janice Soran joined Anderen Bank in July 2008 as Vice President – Human Resources/Shareholder Administration. Prior to joining Anderen Bank she worked for other community banks in the Tampa Bay area. Jan has over 10 years of experience in human resources and obtained her Professional in Human Resources certification in January 2007. Ms. Soran holds a Bachelor degree from the University of Miami, FL and a Master degree from the University of Akron, OH.
