Charles Allcott
CEO of the Anderen organization, founder of our financial enterprise, widely known for his banking achievements in the state of Florida. Prior to joining Anderen, Mr. Allcott served as President of a highly respected bank in Northwest Florida. He has also served as Market President for Compass Bank in Escambia/Santa Rosa Counties, at Barnett Bank as Senior Vice President responsible for 20 branch banks in Pasco County and Senior Vice President/Senior Lender Lake County. Mr. Allcott has served in Senior Management positions in several Florida banks since 1986 and has 30 years of Commercial banking and finance experience. Mr. Allcott has a masters in Business Administration from Rollins College and holds Series 7 & 63 securities licenses. He serves on the State Board of Directors for the Florida Bankers Association, and previous Director of United Way of Florida and the Florida Black Chamber of Commerce. |

Mahesh Amin
A progressive professional, dedicated to the success of the Anderen enterprise. Dr. Amin also serves on the Board of Directors of Morton Plant Mease Health System. Dr. Amin attended City College of New York for his BS and received his MD from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine. He completed his Internship, Residency, and Fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. A Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, Dr. Amin has been practicing cardiology in Clearwater since 1992 and has been a solo practitioner since 1996. |

Derek Burke*
Mr. Burke is a licensed professional engineer. He holds a Master's degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida and is the founder and president of the Orlando based consulting firm, WBQ Design & Engineering, Inc. Mr. Burke is highly respected in the engineering community and was nominated for the 2008 Central Florida Engineer's Week Leadership Excellence award. Mr. Burke's prior banking experience includes serving on the Board of Directors of Southern Community Bank until its acquisition by First National Bank of Florida. Mr. Burke is also a noted civic leader who has served on several Committees and Boards. He is a past Chairman of the City of Orlando Downtown Development Board and Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board. Mr. Burke also serves on the Board of the Orlando Neighborhood Development Corporation, a non-profit affordable housing development company. |

Sion (Bill) Carter
Dr. Carter will not hesitate to assist the Anderen organization in any endeavors that will lead to the accomplishment of timely goals. Dr. Carter is the Vice President and Outpatient Medical Director of SDI Radiology and Assoc., P.A. located in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties, with telemedicine services provided to multiple institutions throughout Florida and Alabama. Dr. Carter is a progressive business professional and highly respected in the radiology service center community. He received his BS in Biology from Emory University and his MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Internship and Residency were completed at Wake Forest University, and he received fellowship training in muskuloskeletal Radiology in Cincinnati. Dr. Carter served on the Board of Directors for the Medical Center Clinic in Pensacola, FL for several years, as well as Chairman for the Department of Radiology at West Florida Regional Medical Center in Pensacola. |

D. Thomas Coletta*
Mr. Coletta is an experienced professional banker and Orlando's President, Director. He has successfully assisted in building and managing several banks as an Area President. Mr. Coletta who was an Area President (Orlando) and Director at Florida Choice Bank, played an integral role in building Florida Choice Bank to more than $545MM before the bank was valuably sold to Alabama National Bankshares in early 2006. Mr. Coletta was an Area President (Orlando) at Southern Community Bank, a three bank holing company with Charters in Central Florida, Southwest Florida, and South Florida, with assets in excess of $1.1 Billion. This bank was sold to First National Bank of Florida which is subsequently sold to Fifth Third Bank. Mr. Coletta was formally trained by SunTrust Bank and was employed there as a lender under the commercial and business banking divisions in Central Florida. Mr. Coletta holds a masters degree in finance. |

Paresh Desai
Dr. Desai is a practicing Urologist in Citrus County where he and his family have lived for 24 years. Dr. Desai finished his Urology residency in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and subsequently completed a fellowship in kidney and liver transplant at The State University of New York. Dr. Desai also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, Citrus Medical Society, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has served as a board member at Seven Rivers Community Hospital, a for-profit organization, in Crystal River. He is also a member of the board of trustees at the Save the Manatee Club, a non-profit organization. Dr. Desai was one of the founding directors of Florida Choice Bank which was acquired in 2006 by the Alabama National Bank. He is actively involved in residential and commercial development as well as the management of hotels and commercial properties and has several hotels in Florida. |

Richard Fee
Mr. Fee is the founder and President of a very successful law firm in Tampa, Florida. Mr. Fee received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida with High Honors in 1986 and was awarded his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1989 from the Vanderbilt University College of Law. Mr. Fee heads Fee and Jeffrie's P.A.'s business litigation practice and focuses on intellectual properly law disputes. Martindale-Hubbell awarded Mr. Fee an AV rating, the highest rating possible. |

Robert Harbour
Dr. Harbour is the founder of very successful enterprises. Dr. Harbour is a founding director of an important Florida panhandle bank. It is due to Dr. Harbour's vision and entrepreneurship that Gulf Coast Community Bank opened its doors in 2003. He is also an active manager for the Center for Sight and a Senior Partner of this highly prestigious medical center, located in Pensacola, FL. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree with High Distinction from the University of Virginia in 1975, graduated from medical school at the University of Virginia in 1979, and has served on the teaching staff of both the University of Georgia and the University of Florida. He is currently on the clinical teaching staff of the Florida State University School of Medicine. |

Thomas P. Moran*
Mr. Moran is President of Moran, Kidd Lyons, Johnson & Berkson P.A., a full service commercial law firm in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Moran received his B.A. degree from Holy Cross College in Worcester, Massachusetts with a major in economics. After graduating from college, Mr. Moran served for approximately seven years in the United States Navy, primarily as a communications intelligence officer on various vessels, ranging from destroyers, amphibious ships, and command & control vessels. Mr. Moran was an Assistant Professor at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, where he taught Micro and Macro Economics. After leaving the Navy, Mr. Moran spent eighteen years with the Martin Marietta Corporation as corporate labor counsel for its commercial division, operating at the highest level of management at Martin Aerospace Unit, involving organizational planning, policies, human resources, and security. Mr. Moran's private practice of law began in 1972 in Orlando, Florida. His practice involves a broad range of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisition, arranging and negotiating financing, negotiating secured transactions, and representing financial institutions. He has served as Treasurer of the United Way of Central Florida and President of the Bishop Moore High School Board. He has been honored by the Metropolitan Orlando Urban League with the President's Award and James R. Smith Award for Humanitarianism. he has served on the Board of Directors of Florida Choice Bank and its holding company, participating in the successful merger with the Alabama National Bank. |

Brian Moran*
Mr. Moran is an attorney and is one of the founding shareholders of the Orlando, Florida law firm Moran, Kidd Lyons, Johnson & Berkson P.A. Mr. Moran is head of Moran Kidd's litigation department. He is a native of the Orlando area. Mr. Moran's practice includes commercial litigation at trial and appellate levels in both state and federal courts. Mr. Moran was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1989. His court admissions include United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, U.S. District Courts for Middle, Northern and Southern Districts of Florida, and U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Moran's nineteen years of law practice includes the representation of banks and banking institutions in a broad range of litigated disputes. Mr. Moran is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. |

John M. Schaible
Mr. Schaible is a renowned financial executive with over a dozen years of conducting business with the largest investment banks and brokerage firms in Wall Street and Europe. Mr. Schaible graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Business Management and is a successful entrepreneur. He serves as a Director of five private companies and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NexTrade Holdings, Inc. In addition, he has been involved in growing several start-up companies to success including running a company that has been named many times to the Deloitte and Touche's Fast 500, which recognizes the fastest-growing companies in the United States. Further, he has been recognized for his personal business achievements by being twice selected as a finalist for the "The Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award," the "Forty-Under-Forty Award," and the "Top Ten to Watch Award." Recently, Mr. Schaible successfully sold a major division of NexTrade Holdings, Inc. to Citigroup, Inc. Additionally, Mr. Schaible serves on the Board of Directors for the Colorado State University Center for Entrepreneurship and separately serves on the Board of Directors for the School of Business. Through these Boards, Mr. Schaible assists the University in developing technologies for business applications and in promoting student growth through business ventures. |

Mr. Warren is a very experienced and proficient banker. He has successfully built and run several banks as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Warren effectively built Florida Choice Bank to more than $545MM before the bank was valuably sold to Alabama National Bank shares in early 2006. The growth he cultivated for the bank exceeded 25% per year with a high interest margin compared to the industry. Mr. Warren was also the President of Southern Community Bank, a three bank holding company with Charters in Central Florida, Southwest Florida, and South Florida, with assets in excess of $1.1 Billion. This bank was sold to First National Bank of Florida which was subsequently sold to Fifth Third Bank. The ending sales price per share book value was in excess of six times. Mr. Warren was formally trained by Barnett Bank and ran SunTrust's commercial banking division for Central Florida as well as the business banking line of business for the state of Florida as a Senior Vice President. Early in his career Mr. Warren was an executive for Barnett Bank of Florida. Mr. Warren holds a masters degree in business administration and has taught as an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Central Florida. He is a graduate of Leadership Orlando and has served on the United Way, Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association, Junior Achievement, YMCA, ACYS, and Adult Literacy League boards. |
