Rita Downing joined Anderen Bank in October 2007 as Vice President and Branch Manager of the East Lake Branch Office. Prior to joining Anderen Bank, she was with Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay as Vice President and Branch Manager of their Clearwater Office. Previously Rita was also with Fifth Third Bank for nineteen years holding various retail banking positions. She has been in the banking industry for over thirty five years in Pinellas County.

Sharon K. Pongetti
Assistant Vice President - Assistant Branch Manager

Sharon joined Anderen Bank in October 2007 as Assistant Vice President and Assistant Branch Manager of the East Lake Branch Office. Prior to joining Anderen, Sharon was with Synovus Bank of Tampa Bay for 6 years, most recently serving as Assistant Branch Manager and Banking Officer at the Clearwater location and as an Insurance Specialist with Synovus Insurance Services of Florida. Sharon also spent 17 years with First Union Bank and its predecessor, Southeast Bank in locations in Clearwater and Dunedin having served in many capacities including Financial Specialist and Customer Relations Manager.
