Thomas R. Hermann
Executive Vice President - Tampa Bay Market President

Tom Hermann joined Anderen Bank in July 2008 as the  Tampa Bay Market President.    Prior to joining
Anderen, Tom was an Executive Vice President with Mercantile Bank in Orlando and Tampa for the preceding 8 years managing several commercial and commercial real estate teams. From 1989 through 2000 he was in various senior management roles with Barnett Bank & Bank of America in West Central Florida. Mr. Hermann is a graduate of the University of Michigan and spent the first half of his banking career with Comerica Bank and Key Bank in the Midwest.

Maureen Hegarty
Senior Vice President - Private Banking

Maureen joined Anderen Bank in January of 2008 as a Senior Vice President of Private Banking. Prior to joining Anderen, Maureen was with SunTrust Bank in Tampa, Florida and Atlanta, Georgia in the Wealth and Investment Management Group as a Product Manager. Maureen was also with SouthTrust Bank for 10 years in the Wealth and Investment Management Group. She graduated in 1985 from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Ward Johansen
Vice President - Banking Center Manager 

Ward joined Anderen Bank in June 2010 originally as Vice President-Commercial Loan Officer. He has also served as Senior Credit Officer. Ward has over 25 year of banking experience in the Tampa Bay area. Mr. Johansen has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota.
